Seriously, I’m paying for your ideas on these. The rate is 25 cents per quip. So take a few minutes to send me what pops into your head for these 2 subjects and make a few bucks!

4 quips = $1

20 quips = $5

40 quips = $10

I’m currently working on some projects for a client where he needs these funny quips. In fact, I will pay for at least 1,000 of these short quips for each subject. So the more you send, the better!

Here are the rules:

1. These quips must be original — your own ideas.

2. Quips must be no more than 150 characters each, including letters, spaces, and punctuation.

3. Use good taste! No racist, sexist, hate, violence, R-rated (or higher) quips or quips that would foster criminal activity.

4. Sorry, but I can’t pay for duplicate ideas, so the first one to send me a quip gets that one.

5. The deadline for submitting these to me is Monday, September 28.

Whenever anyone in your 5 level downline at Mammoth List makes their payment, the program sends you an email letting you know they subscribed to your list and that you’ve made $2 commission. So I took some screenshots of my email account showing the payments I’ve received so far this month.

I posted them all on one page at:

As you can see, the payments are still coming in. What’s really cool about that, also, is that all those people except for one came in from the efforts of people in my downline. I brought in 1 person during February.

So Mammoth List is still coming along fine.

What’s happening at Mammoth List is that it’s working for the teams who are working it. In order to get the ball rolling on building your list, you need to bring in some referrals to be your Level 1. The other 4 Levels of your list are built by the people under you.

Here are some examples of the numbers you can reach if you and those on your team bring in some referrals. There’s a Calculator on their site that you can use to figure results with your own examples. So feel free to use it.

Let’s start small, and grow from there. If you bring in 2 people, and your downline does the same, you would have 62 people on your list and earn $124.

Even though your downline is only 5 levels, you make 10 times what you paid in if you each just bring in 2 active people!

Here are some more numbers:

If you each bring in 3 –> list members:  363 commissions: $ 726
If you each bring in 4 –> list members: 1364 commissions: $2728
If you each bring in 5 –> list members: 3905 commissions: $7810

Selling websites is an income stream you can easily set up for yourself. You can use this method of making money for some quick cash, regular monthly income, or as a business model to bring you riches.

How Much Money Can You Make?

Let me give you some examples of how lucrative this business can be:

Recently bankaholic.com sold for $15,000,000! Yes, that’s 15 million dollars! Bankrate.com bought it for the amount of traffic that it was bringing in from their target market. Bankaholic.com is a wordpress blog. The person who developed it and sold it is only 22 years old. He started this blog only 2 years ago! What did he do?

-> He made regular posts on the blog for those 2 years. It garnered more and more traffic as time went on.

-> He was in a very popular niche.

-> He provided information a lot of people were searching for.

Lucky for him, his work paid off big time!

Here are some more examples of what you can earn when you are in the business of selling websites. These sites were all sold by a business associate of mine, Max Davis:

1. He bought an existing site in the parenting niche for under $9,000. He developed the site for 14 months, and then sold it for $575,000.

2. He built a site in the home improvement niche, and promoted it for 12 months. Then he sold it for $100,000.

3. He built another site in the health and beauty niche, and promoted this one for only 6 months. He sold it for $55,000.

All 3 of these sites were sold over a period of 18 months. Wow! $730,000 in 18 months is a pretty nice chunk of change! Wouldn’t you agree?

These examples show you what you can do over a time period of a year or two. But what if you need some money now?
